The Royal Order of White Buffalo (ROWB) is the official youth movement of the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes in the Philippines, empowering young men through leadership, mentorship, service, and fraternity.
Forging the Next
Generation of Leaders
Operating under the guidance of the RAOB Manila Provincial Grand Lodge, ROWB serves as a foundational fraternal organization designed specifically for young men ages 15–18. Through mentorship, character development, and impactful community service, we shape the leaders of tomorrow.
Members work toward attaining the rank of Kangaroo by age 21, establishing a strong foundation of charity, leadership, and brotherhood that will guide them throughout their lives.

Upholding discipline and responsibility in all endeavors. To be vigilant is to remain steadfast in duty, alert to opportunity, and devoted to the welfare of one's community.
Path to Degree of Kangaroo
Every member of ROWB walks a distinguished path — building character, earning rank, and ascending toward the honored title of Kangaroo by age 21.
Enrollment
Join ROWB between ages 15–18 through your local City Secretary or community outreach.
Initiation
Complete your initiation ceremony and be welcomed into the brotherhood of the White Buffalo.
Service & Growth
Participate in community service, mentorship programs, and leadership development activities.
Kangaroo Certification
Demonstrate exemplary character, leadership, and service to earn the Degree of Kangaroo.
Kangaroo Rank
Attain the rank of Kangaroo by age 21 — the pinnacle of the ROWB youth journey.
